Valde pulvret då det har mycket svamp i sig och jag tycker om smaken av Chaga, utöver effekten. Brukar göra te på typ 80 grader, tipsar om 1.5 dl vatten så att smaken kommer fram så mycket som möjligt. Upplever verkligen att det gör skillnad för mitt immunförsvar. Minus är att det löser upp sig lite långsamt i väldigt kallt vatten, men räcker med ljummet för att det ska ta några sekunder under omrörning.
Tycker om extraktet och använder det mycket för att hålla mig frisk under höst/vintern, upplever att jag varit sjuk mer sällan fastän jag bor nära 3 andra personer som ofta är sjuka. Kanske hade valt en annan produktform av Chaga om jag inte tog det dagligen när jag väl använder den då hållbarheten är 45 dagar i kylskåp, men tycker om smaken då den har en rätt tydlig chaga-karaktär med en syrlig touch.
