About our tinctures

Our tinctures are alcohol-based and are perfect for on the go and can be easily dropped directly into a drink, or under the tongue where it should lie for 30 seconds before swallowing. The tincture has a high bioavailability, dissolves quickly in drink and fits perfectly in both your handbag and gym bag.

Two half-full pipettes (2 ml) correspond to one daily dose and one tincture contains 25 daily doses.

Dosage, timing and amount of mushroom

Recommended daily dose:2 half-full pipettes (2ml) once a day. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.

When and how often?Many people prefer to dose Chaga in the morning before the workday, or as a boost towards the afternoon. Many experience immediate effects, but maximum effects are often achieved after 14-25 days.

Jag har fått en helt annan livskvalitet, känner mig inte längre seg och trött om dagarna, har fått en boost jag aldrig riktigt känt innan. Känns extra viktigt nu också för att förbereda mig för vintern.

Smakligt och stark

Valde pulvret då det har mycket svamp i sig och jag tycker om smaken av Chaga, utöver effekten. Brukar göra te på typ 80 grader, tipsar om 1.5 dl vatten så att smaken kommer fram så mycket som möjligt. Upplever verkligen att det gör skillnad för mitt immunförsvar. Minus är att det löser upp sig lite långsamt i väldigt kallt vatten, men räcker med ljummet för att det ska ta några sekunder under omrörning.
