Jobbar med många projekt samtidigt och det kan lätt bli lite rörigt i perioder men upplever att jag får mycket bättre fokus när jag använder deras Lion´s mane. Brukar märkas efter ca. 5-7 dagar men får mest effekt efter kanske 2 veckor. Testat de andra formerna också men föredrar tinkturen då den håller bäst när jag har med mig den i fickan (står att den ska vara i kylen, men alkoholen har fått min att hålla i typ 2 månader utan problem). Har oftast ett pulver hemma som jag tar så ofta jag minns, sen så har jag alltid tinkturen i jackfickan för de dagar då jag glömmer.
Bra kvalité och effekt , prövat tidigare olika märken , denna hör till min favorit
