Mooshroom's tinctures are alcohol-based and are perfect for on the go and can be easily dropped directly into a drink, or under the tongue where it should lie for 30 seconds before swallowing. The tincture has a high bioavailability, dissolves quickly in drink and fits perfectly in both your handbag and gym bag.
Two half-full pipettes (2 ml) correspond to one daily dose and one tincture contains 25 daily doses.

Recommended daily dose:2 half-full pipettes (2 ml) once a day. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
When and how often?Reishi is usually taken 1-1.5 hours before bedtime or during periods of stress. Many people experience immediate effects, but maximum effects often occur after 14-25 days.

Bättre sömn med reishi.
Har länge haft problem med sömnen vilket var anledningen till att jag testar denna produkt... Även om mardrömmar fortfarande kan vara närvarande så känner jag att jag sover på ett annat djup än innan. Vill se upp för placebo-effekten men jag hoppas verkligen detta fortsätter. Har sovit igenom hela natten varje natt jag tagit Reishi 1h innan sömn.
