Dosage, timing and amount of mushroom

Recommended daily dose:1 spice measure (1 g) once a day. Recommended dose should not be exceeded.

When and how often?Reishi is usually taken 1-1.5 hours before bedtime or during periods of stress. Many people experience immediate effects, but maximum effects often occur after 14-25 days.
